This is an ethnic dinner cooked from the heart. Your Chef Ashley is originally from Boston and learned her Italian style of cooking there. She loves to make people full and happy and food is the best way to do that. Each dish is made with love and some flare from her Little Italy Boston roots.

You get to select two appetizers, one main course, and a dessert that suits your palate. Please look through the menu typed out below of the image of the menu for your selections. After your book your date, Ashley will contact you to go over your selections. Mangia!

[Blanched and chilled fresh asparagus spears wrapped with chevre cheese and Italian Prosciutto]

[Summer Corn Salad]

[Sweet Italian basil and fresh corn cut from the cob combined with mozzarella pearls sliced grape tomatoes and tossed with a savory garlic and lemon vinaigrette)

[Butternut Squash Bisque]

[Smooth, creamy, and fresh. This soup is lightly spiced and a tad sweet. Topped with a crème fresh and a dash of smoked paprika ]

[Italian Wedding Soup]

[Tiny handmade meatballs in an herbed chicken broth with spinach, parmesan cheese, egg, and orzo)

[Tomato Bisque]

[Roasted herbs, garlic, tomatoes, and red bell peppers pureed and simmered into a savory soup and topped with herbs and crème fresh]

[Spinach Artichoke Dip]

[Served family style with toasted crostini)

[Caesar Salad]

[Fresh romaine chopped and tossed with Caesar dressing, croutons, parmesan cheese and cracked pepper]

[Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms]

[Portabellas roasted and stuffed with spicy ground sausage, chopped tomatoes, cilantro, and parmesan cheese.)

[A crowd pleasing creamy broth with kale, sausage, and potatoes]

[Handmade baked, herbed meatballs in a tomato sauce served with locally made bread and dipping oil.

[Handmade pumpkin pasta filled with a pumpkin and cheese mixture and finished with a maple and sage bechamel sauce]

[Blackened Chicken Alfredo]

[Bowtie pasta tossed with homemade alfredo sauce, blackened chicken, mushrooms and zucchini]

[Spaghetti with Sunday Gravy]

[Pasta with a long simmered, meaty rich tomato sauce just like Nona used to make!]

[Pesto Shrimp Pasta]

[Chefs Choice of pasta with a homemade pesto, sautéed shrimp, mushrooms, asparagus, and grape tomatoes]

[Eggplant Parmesan]

[Thick sliced eggplant that is breaded, flash fried and then baked with parmesan and mozzarella and served over a bed of spaghetti with a rich homemade red tomato sauce. ]

[Fresh Pears and Blueberries simmered in a port wine reduction fill a delicate tart pastry. Served warm with vanilla ice cream on the side]

[Just like Juniors Cheesecake in New York, this is a thick, homemade cheesecake with a graham cracker crust and a fresh made raspberry jam on top)

[These delicate pastries are filled with an amaretto cream and topped with a chocolate drizzle. We promise you can’t eat just one!)
