A lite version of our Empress Wine Pairing Dinner. Our Personal Chef Ashley and your Host Mykol come to the property and prepare an incredible 4 course meal paired with local wines to take you on a wine culture tour of the area without leaving the comfort of your rental. Mykol has stories and history that go along with each wine to share to add depth and meaning to each sip you take. Ashley’s 14 years of culinary experience comes through in the dishes that she creates with love and a genuine desire to please her guests. This is roughly a 2 Hour experience from start to finish, and Ashley and Mykols level of interaction are entirely up to you. It is possible for this to be a romantic dinner for two, or a fully hosted and lead dinner party. Pricing for two people is $300 for two people and $100/person after the first two. Gluten free adaptations are available, however vegan and vegetarian options are not available at this time.

1.     Butternut Squash Bisque

A southwest twist on a creamy classic soup of smooth pureed butternut squash with a hint of cinnamon and topped with a crème fresh and smoked paprika.

2.     Stuffed Dates

Medjool Dates stuffed and baked with local goat cheese, bacon, pickled jalapenos, and served warm with a drizzle with wildflower honey

Main Entrée

3.     Sicilian Style Shells

A sweet and meaty Sicilian style pasta sauce baked with spinach, mushroom, sausage and cheese stuffed shells. A little sweet and a little spicy.

 Dessert

6.     Baklava

Flakey filo dough layered with crushed walnuts and pistachios, wildflower honey, rose water and spices and baked to perfection
