A lite version of our Empress Wine Pairing Dinner. Our Personal Chef Ashley and your Host Mykol come to the property and prepare an incredible 4 course meal paired with local wines to take you on a wine culture tour of the area without leaving the comfort of your rental. Mykol has stories and history that go along with each wine to share to add depth and meaning to each sip you take. Ashley’s 20 years of culinary experience comes through in the dishes that she creates with love and a genuine desire to please her guests. This is roughly a 2 hour experience from start to finish, and Ashley and Mykols level of interaction are entirely up to you. It is possible for this to be a romantic dinner for two, or a fully hosted and lead dinner party. Pricing for two people is $300 for two people and $100/person after the first two. Gluten free adaptations are available, however vegan and vegetarian options are not available at this time.
This is the deluxe version of our wine pairing dinner. An eight course dinner with 8 bottles of locally made wine. This is hosted by Mykol and Ashley. Mykol’s extensive knowledge of not just the vineyards and sourcing of the wines, but also the stories and heritage behind each bottle make his hosting educational and fun. Ashley’s love and passion for food come though in each gourmet dish she prepares. This is the crème de la crème of wine pairing dinners in the comfort and privacy of your rental home. The dinner lasts for approximately 2 hours. Mykol and Ashley show up approximately 1 hour before the dinner is to begin and you are welcome to get to know them or see how some of the food is prepared. With parties of more than 6 people a server will be provided to expedite food service and cleanup.
Whether it’s a special occasion or a time to treat yourself and the ones you love, this is our favorite extra service and one that we highly recommend as a truly unique experience.
Pricing is $200/person with a minimum of two people. Each person over 2 people is $150/each. Small or large parties are welcome. You will be contacted after you make your reservation to go over the menu and any questions you may have.
