We recommend counting on each person having 4-6 passed appetizers assuming that you have some stationary food available as well. Each Appetizer is priced for 50 pieces. If you have 20 people, you should get at least two 50 serving appetizers. If you have 50 people you should get six portions of your choice. If it is a small party of 20 or so people, Chef Ashley and Mykol can handle the cooking, serving, and cleanup, however, if you have more than 20 people, be sure to add a server for the evening. if you have more than 50 people, you should add 2 servers to your order. if you have over 150, 3 servers will be necessary.
